In 2023-2024, over £2.5m has been awarded to 49 CEF & BLEF projects that support communities and business along the route.
To date, the programme has invested £16.09m and supported 285 projects.
2022 – 2023 Annual Review
In 2022-2023, over £2m has been awarded to 39 CEF & BLEF projects that support communities and business along the route.
To date, the programme has invested £13.4m and supported 236 projects.
2021 – 2022 Annual Review
In 2021-2022, over £2.4m has been awarded to 51 CEF & BLEF projects that support communities and business along the route.
The report also celebrates reaching CEF and BLEFs £10m milestone of funding distributed since the launch in 2017.
2020 – 2021 Annual Review
In 2020-2021, over £3.6m has been awarded to 45 CEF & BLEF projects that support communities and business along the route.
The report also highlights how some projects have been able to adapt their delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic to offer further support to their communities or deliver in a different way.
2019 – 2020 Annual Review
In 2019 – 2020, 47 CEF & BLEF projects have received funding with communities and businesses along the route benefitting to the tune of just over £2.1 million.

In 2017 – 2018, Groundwork has undertaken a wide range of activities to raise awareness of the funds, and a total of £245,377 has been awarded to six CEF and BLEF projects.
